Who we are
Building a world where no one feels alone at the end of life, and families are comforted with care, guidance, and hope during times of grief.
Compassionate Transition Services provides holistic, non-medical support for individuals and families at the end of life stages, through spiritual care, emotional presence, and practical guidance.
The vision for this work comes from a lifelong calling. As a teenager, I first sensed the sacred nature of death while sitting at my grandfather’s bedside. What began as fear grew into the recognition of a gift — the ability to see and be present with those nearing the end of life. Today, that calling shapes a ministry of compassion, ensuring that no one feels alone as they transition, and that families receive the support they need through grief and beyond.
